Why does the player load and the video stream doesn't start automatically?
When Truvid's player calls an ad, there is a real-time ad optimization process, which selects the best ad to display, causing a delay. Longer delays may be caused by : 1. Your widget setup is not optimized, lowering its attractiveness for advertisers. 2. You might be experiencing a low bandwidth. Please check out this article to verify your widget is optimized or approach your CSM for advice.
Can I change the position of the floater? Which options do I have?
Yes. In "Widget Settings" choose your preferred floater position under the "Positioning" grid
Why is my video player too big for my site, and why can I not edit it to be the right size?
Navigate to "Edit Widget", and you can either deactivate the "responsive" setting and set your desired size or edit the size.
Why is my video player appearing twice on my site?
Check that you have not implemented the Javascript tag twice. Make sure the Javascript is only being called once from the server and if not reach out to your Truvid Account Manager.
Why is the player placement correct on desktop but not on mobile?
Reach out to your Account Manager.
