How to Decline a Package

While Truvid often encourages the use of high-quality content packages from renowned content creators, not all packages may align with your specific content strategy. Understanding how to assess and, if necessary, decline these packages as a part of maintaining a relevant and engaging content library.

Steps to Decline a Package

  1. Navigate to the Content Menu Item: Start by clicking on the "Content" menu item located in the navigation panel on the left side of the Truvid interface.

  2. Access Packages: Within the dropdown options under "Content," select "Offered Packages" to view and manage your packages. This section contains all the packages offered to you, including those that have been approved or not yet accepted.

  3. Select a Package: Browse through the list of offered packages to find the one you would like to view. Click on the package name to open the package overview.

  4. View Package Overview: The package overview will display the content creator's name, package name, description, and the list of videos included in the package. Pay attention to the upload dates to ensure the content is current and relevant.

  5. Click on the Decline Button: At the bottom of the side panel in the overview, click on the 'Decline' button.

  6. Confirm Decline: A confirmation prompt will appear. Click 'Decline' if you are sure you want to decline the package.
