How to Download a Report

Introduction

For publishers and content owners, the ability to export reports helps provide in-depth performance analysis and record-keeping. Reports can be exported in CSV format, providing a versatile way to review and analyze data outside Truvid's platform.

Steps to Generate and Download Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports Menu Item: Start by clicking on the "Reports" menu item located in the navigation panel on the left side of the Truvid interface.

  2. Select Report Type: At the top left, select your report type. Choose from Truvid report (for publishers), publisher content report, or content owner report.

  3. Set Time Range: Define the period for which you want to analyze data, e.g., July 1st to September 6th.

  4. Group Data: Choose how to group your data – by hour, day, or month – to understand trends over specific time intervals.

  5. Select Time Zone: Adjust the time zone settings as needed.

  6. Select Columns: On the far right of the reports page, click on 'Select Columns' to select the metrics you wish to include in your report. You can select multiple fields based on your analysis needs.

  7. Generate Report: Once all settings are configured, click 'Generate Report' to create the report based on your selected criteria.

  8. Review and Download: After the report is generated, review the data for accuracy. You can download the report in CSV format for further analysis or sharing.
