How to Edit a Playlist

Steps to Edit a Playlist

1. Navigate to the Player Menu Item:Start by clicking on the "Player" menu item located in the navigation panel on the left side of the Truvid interface.

2. Access Playlists: Within the dropdown options under "Player," select "Playlists" to view and manage your playlists.

3. Select the Playlist: Browse through 'My Playlists' to find the playlist you want to edit. Click on the playlist to open a side panel with setting configurations. 

Edit Playlist Details

1. Enter Playlist Name: Provide a name for your playlist in the 'Playlist Name' field.

2. Add Description: Optionally, add a description for your playlist in the 'Description' field.

3. Choose Play Order: Choose the play order for the videos in your playlist by selecting either 'Video Order' or 'Play Order'.

4. Edit Associated Categories: Choose or modify the categories associated with your playlist to ensure it aligns with your content strategy.

5. Enable Auto Update: If desired, toggle the 'Auto Update' switch to keep your playlist updated with new videos from the selected sources.

6. Overview Selected Videos: Review the list of videos in the 'Selected Videos' section to ensure all desired content is included.

7. Click Update: After making all necessary changes, click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the side panel to save your changes.
