How to Add Videos to a Playlist in the Video Library

Steps to Add Single or Multiple Videos to a Playlist in the Video Library

Navigate to the Video Library

1. Navigate to the Content Menu Item: Start by clicking on the "Content" menu item located in the navigation panel on the left side of the Truvid interface.

2. Access the Video Library: Within the dropdown options under "Content," select "Video Library" to view and manage your video content.

Add a Single Video to a Playlist

1. Select the Video: Browse through the video library to find the video you want to add to a playlist. Click on the video to open a video detail side panel.

2. Open Add to Playlist Tab: In the side panel, you will see three tabs: 'Add to Playlist', 'Embed', and 'Paired URL'. Click on the 'Add to Playlist' tab.

3. Click 'Add to Playlist': At the bottom right of the video detail side panel, click the 'Add to Playlist' button. This will open the “My Videos” page with the “Add to Playlist” side window.

4. Choose Playlist: In the side panel, use the dropdown to select the playlist(s) where you want to add the selected video(s). If you wish to create a new playlist, click 'Create Playlist', provide a name for the new playlist, and then select it.

5. Save Changes: Click 'Save' to add the selected video to the chosen playlist(s).

Add Multiple Videos to a Playlist

1. Click Plus Signs to Add: Click on the plus icon (+) on each video you wish to add to a playlist. Clicking the plus icon will open a side panel with a summary of videos selected. 

2. Proceed to Playlist Selection: Once all desired videos are selected, click 'Next' in the "Add to Playlist" side panel.

3. Choose Playlist: In the side panel, use the dropdown to select the playlist(s) where you want to add the selected videos. If you wish to create a new playlist, click 'Create Playlist', provide a name for the new playlist, and then select it.

4. Save Changes: Click 'Save' to add the selected videos to the chosen playlist(s).
