Check your net payment terms. - Check all your payment details are updated and correct. - Make sure that your company name matches the name on your Truvid account and your Bank Account Name.
Should I send an invoice ? And where ?
No, only if you are a master/agency account and send to finance@truvid.com.
When should I receive my payment?
This depends on your payment terms. It is usually net60- every two months.
