How to Set Up a Payment

Truvid has integrated Tipalti, a third-party software, to simplify and streamline its payment process for partners. Tipalti offers various payment options, including PayPal, local bank transfers, and wire transfers, ensuring convenience and flexibility for users worldwide. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your payment method in Truvid’s system using Tipalti.

The Benefits of Tipalti

Tipalti simplifies the payment process on the Truvid console, eliminating the need for invoices and enabling automatic payments at the end of each payment cycle. With Tipalti, users can choose their preferred payment method, each with unique features and fee structures.

Payments and Payment Info

  • Local Transfer: Tipalti covers the transfer fee, but local bank fees are the user’s responsibility.

  • Wire Transfer: Popular for its ease, conducted in USD or preferred currency based on the current exchange rate.

  • PayPal: Users should be aware of PayPal’s fees, which are to be paid by the user.

Steps to Set Up Payment Information

  1. Navigate to the Settings Item: Start by clicking on your avatar icon (your profile initials or picture) in the top-right corner of the Truvid dashboard and click it. This will open a menu, where you can manage your Profile, Settings, Users, Billing, and more.

  2. Access Billing Section: Find and select 'Billing'. Here you will see all your billing information.

  3. Click on Billing Information: In the 'Billing' tab, click on 'Billing Information' to access the section where you can edit all your personal information related to billing.

  4. Enter Your Information: Fill in the required fields to ensure accurate payment processing. 


  5. Click on Next: Once you've entered your personal information, click 'Next' to proceed to the payment method setup.

  6. Choose Your Preferred Payment Method: Select from PayPal, local bank transfer, or wire transfer.

    • For Setting Up Local Bank Transfer:

      • Enter your payment details: Account name, National ID number, Bank name, SWIFT number, Bank code, Account number, IBAN, and Country.

    • For Setting Up Wire Transfer:

      • Provide necessary details: Payment currency, Account name, Bank code, Branch code, IBAN, Phone number, SWIFT number, Bank address, Branch name, and additional intermediary bank information if applicable.

    • For Setting Up PayPal:

      • Enter your PayPal details: Payment method, Currency, Email address, First and Last name.

  7. Finalize Setup: Complete two-step verification as prompted, enter the code and submit.

  8. Click Next: After entering all necessary information and completing verification, click 'Next' at the bottom right of the screen to complete the billing setup.
